Feb 9, 17:10 PST
Scheduled - This Friday, February 9, 2024, the San Diego County Superior Court’s probate division will migrate its backend eFiling system to eFileCA. During the transition, eFiling will be down from about 5:00 p.m. on February 9th through about 8:00 a.m. on Monday, February 12th.
Once the migration is complete, eFiling will be available again through One Legal. Please note that you may need to register for an eFileCA account and connect it to your One Legal account if you haven’t already done so to eFile into other eFileCA courts (e.g., San Diego Family, Los Angeles, Orange, etc.). This one-time process takes a few minutes and can be completed directly within your One Legal account.
