Between Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM PST, through Monday, February 16, 2026, the San Diego Superior Court will not be processing filings while the court completes a system migration.

Filings submitted during this period will experience delays in processing until the court’s system migration is complete. You can still submit your filings during this time and standard submission confirmations will still be provided.
