Los Angeles Superior Court will be temporarily unavailable during the following time frame to support a major upgrade of the Court’s case management system (CMS). E-Filing in Probate and Juvenile Dependency cases for Los Angeles Superior Court will be unavailable from Friday, October 8, 2021 at 5:00PM (PDT). through Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 6:00PM (PDT) due to a major system upgrade. During this time frame, we will be unable to accept filings (for Los Angeles ONLY) at the Court's request. Civil case types will be unaffected.
