On April 1, 2026, the Fresno County Superior Court will be transitioning to a new case management system, eCourt.
To ensure a smooth conversion process, please observe the following important deadlines and filing requirements: Effective Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., electronic filings will no longer be accepted via the court’s electronic filing system, File & Serve.
Only paper filing will be allowed between March 2, 2026, and March 31, 2026. Effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, electronic filing will resume for all case types via Journal Technology’s Court Portal.
