Investigating - Stanislaus County Superior Court is experiencing technical issues that are preventing filing submissions from reaching the Court. We are currently working with the EFM to resolve this issue. Any orders submitted during this time frame will be placed into a Review status while we hold for a resolution. We will post an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Scheduled - On April 1, 2026, the Fresno County Superior Court will be transitioning to a new case management system, eCourt.
To ensure a smooth conversion process, please observe the following important deadlines and filing requirements: Effective Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., electronic filings will no longer be accepted via the court’s electronic filing system, File & Serve.
Only paper filing will be allowed between March 2, 2026, and March 31, 2026. Effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, electronic filing will resume for all case types via Journal Technology’s Court Portal.
