Notice: Marin County Superior Court Administrative Order 26-01 - Filings May Be Impacted

Identified - The Marin County Superior Court has issued Administrative Order 26-01, introducing updated electronic filing requirements for all non-criminal cases.

As a result, filings submitted without adhering to the updated requirements may be rejected or require resubmission.

Because this change originates from the court and is not the result of a system issue within One Legal, users should review the updated requirements prior to submission to ensure compliance.
